Day 52

Day 52

Thought I would share a few updates today, just so everyone knows how things are going. We spent this past weekend at home, Suzanne busily sewing and I worked in the gardens getting them ready for fall. We were home by 10 am Friday but have to leave by 3:30 or so on Sundays now since the sun is setting earlier & earlier.

Suzanne continues to have minimal symptoms from the treatments, no nausea from Chemotherapy, and very little if any throat issues. She continues to eat well and I’m always pushing to get her out and about for exercise.

Meeting with her Chemo Doctor today, you could tell the delight he had in her current state. Sharing that he too could see some reduction in the tumor, which he also indicated was somewhat common. Today was treatment number 4 of 7 for Chemotherapy. Her blood work continues to be good with a minor decline in expected areas. The chemo is the hardest on her body as a whole. The doctor final comment was ‘whatever you are doing, keep doing it”.

Each week the doctors prepare her for what they expect in the coming days. So far, each week, she has supprised them all. Contiue to keep Suzanne in your prayers.

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.
