Change of Address

Change of Address

For the past five weeks, many of you have sent cards and letters to Suzanne here in Chicago. Those cards brighten her day every time we open the door and find them strung across the floor.

She can’t get her coat off quickly enough as she sits in ‘her chair’ and opens each one. Smiling, laughing, or crying, each card touches her heart as she feels the love and care you all have for her.

Since we don’t want to take the chance of missing any of your well wishes, I would suggest you change the address you send to from Chicago to Cissna Park. Over the weeks I have noticed that it takes between 5 and 7 days for them to leave your location, travel through the system, arrive at the Guest House, and then be delivered to our room.

The current plan is to move back home on Friday, October 16. And if I know you all, there will be little notes of joy waiting for Suzanne when we get there.

Boy will it be good to be home!

For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.
